Refund/ Returns Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the high cost of shipping and re-stocking custom printed items, we are not able to take returns unless there is a manufacturing defect in your product. If there are any defects or problems with your order, please contact us at hello@forcreatives.pub and send photos of the damaged product for refund or replacement information. If you find a page insertion error within your planner, please email us to request a replacement (we will pay the shipping).
- When and how do items need to be returned in order to receive a replacement? You do not need to return your original planner. However, you may be asked to email a photograph if you received a damaged planner. This helps us better control quality standards so we can constantly work to improve our internal systems.
- Shipping for replacements? We will send replacement copies of damaged planners at no cost to the buyer.
